Best mid-tier center channel speakers

SVS Prime Center S
I got this SVS - Prime Dual 5-1/4” Passive 3-Way Center-Channel Speaker - Premium black ash to pair with my DM 40 and finally It’s the perfect match! Great with movies and music.
-
3-way, what can I say....
Its a very good center speaker with a nice voice sound quality. It has a pretty good dispursion side to side from the MLP. If hou csn afford, go eith the next level SVS center, its slightly bigger but much better !
-
Decent center channel
Good sound overall. Needs more low end to add that fifth star.
-
Perfect size and sound
Huge upgrade over my old Polk S35. It’s small enough to fit in smaller spaces.
-
Love SVS
Researched this speaker for months before pulling the trigger, front stage is dynamic, clear vocals. Heavy, quality speaker.
-
Not muffled!
Great, clear, toned dialogue. I’ve been through my share of center speakers. (Polk, focal, kef). This SVS Prime gets to stay home. I’m not matching brands with my bookshelf speakers (Polk R200) and honestly, cannot notice. Documentaries sound amazingly good. The Woofer, tweeter, mids, woofer design of this center speaker is what makes it sound so good compared to other designs. Try it out, im sure you wont be dissapoonted.

Great center channel for the price
[Employee of bestbuy] This is a solid 3 way center channel, perfect for home theater or music listening. It is a bit large tho, so check the measurements before purchasing
-
Really Clear!
This Center is rounding out things nicely. Combined with my warm and smooth sounding Marantz SR7015 receiever and Martin Logan 40i Floor Speakers, I wanted something a bit more aggressive in the mids to bring out speech in movies. This little box delivers!
