Awesome Fridge
This is a very roomy fridge. The two different size ice cubes are awesome and the middle drawer is ideal for meats and salads. Looks great in the kitchen. Will be buying again for the next home.

Bricked - Avoid
Avoid - bought 2.5 years ago and was just told the cooling system is dead and will cost $1,500 to fix.

Very Satisfied
I had been using an LG product before, and this is my first Samsung refrigerator. The interior is spacious with excellent space utilization. The automatic water refill function is particularly useful and adds great convenience.

Bespoke Fridge
This fridge is probably the best fridge I’ve bought in a long time. After a couple months of using it I’ve fell in love with it. It offers 2 trays for ice (small or large) which comes in handy whenever my drinks are warm and I want to drink them cold. It also has 2 compartments for storing my fruits and vegetable which is very convenient. Not to mention, the water pitcher is useful whenever I either want a glass of water or am making watermelon juice or really any kind of juice. I definitely recommend this fridge to anyone that’s in need of a new one!

Water dispenser/container
I like it only thing is I wish the water dispenser would let you use a bottle to fill it up when you remove the water container inside instead of waiting for the water container to fill up you have to close the doors. It is a waste of time.

So far so good. It took us a while to figure out why the autofill pitcher wasn’t working. There’s a side setting and you have to also take the child auto-lock feature off to change any of those features…. Though I do appreciate that as I’ve had those temps and the like unknowingly changed by others! 1 star removed as the removal of any handles makes for constant fingerprints and despite being ‘resistant’ there’s still a lot to wipe down. Love the two kinds of ice in the freezer. Still unsure if we’ll love the middle drawer or forget that it’s there! Over time I’m also concerned that it will…

Best Buy Refund
The two delivery men were excellent and the one in charge pointed out a dent in the lower front of the refrigerator. He told us not to accept it, but we had waited a long time for the delivery, so we accepted the refrigerator with the proviso we get a $400 refund. The refrigerator was delivered on April 17th (ahead of schedule). We have been waiting for the refund for 20 days and still no refund.
