• Great buy

Ordered an old m1 MacBook Pro and the pro is a beauty. Great condition. It did come with a new usb c cord, but I’m guessing the old one. Sorted out like my m2 pro. Great packaging, fast shipping, and fully upgraded. Overall 5 stars.

• Perfect option

I didn’t need anything fancy and like the option to buy refurbished. This runs perfectly and the condition is fantastic. It looks brand new. Performs like I would expect. Everything I needed and wanted at a lower price point. Perfect!

• Geek squad Certified Refurbished MacBook Pro

1 Star — I would not purchase Geek Squad refurbished again I purchased this Geek Squad Certified Refurbished MacBook Pro as a graduation gift for my son and paid almost $1,000 after tax. I expected that buying a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished product from Best Buy would give me some peace of mind, but unfortunately the computer barely made it past a year before developing a serious charging problem. The MacBook stopped turning on reliably and would not consistently recognize the charger. I took it in and was told the logic board needed to be replaced, with a repair estimate of approximately…

• M1 still rocks and still a powerhouse

** Still a powerhouse for daily professional use I use this laptop every day for business — spreadsheets, scheduling, video calls, and creative work (photo/video editing for my studio brand). Even a few years in, the M1 chip has zero trouble keeping up. Battery life is the best part — I can go a full workday without charging. The 16GB RAM handles heavy multitasking without slowdown, and the 512GB internal storage covers daily work files comfortably. For photo/video projects, I added another 512GB using a microSD card adapter in the SD slot — an easy, affordable way to nearly double your…

• Great Laptop! Everyday Use

Got a great deal on this refurbished MBP1 and don’t have any real complaints. The only thing I would mention is that mine had some dirt/crumbs on the keyboard.

• Purchase Refurbished

I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with this refurbished MacBook Pro. Going into the purchase, I was a little hesitant about buying a refurbished device, but after using it every single day for the past two years, I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation I had. The condition was outstanding when it arrived, and performance-wise it has been absolutely flawless. The Apple M1 Pro chip is still incredibly fast, whether I’m multitasking, creating content, editing photos, or running multiple applications at once. What has impressed me most is the battery life. Even after two years of…

• Perfect, everything I asked for and more

Perfect condition. Shipped carefully, and arrived timely. Always recommend direct GS refurbished over third party dealers.

• Poor experience overall.

I had an extremely awful experience with Best Buy and geek squad. I purchased this MacBook for my business and it stopped working within a month. When I tried to take it to geek squad they said they couldn’t help because the screen was cracked as if I cracked the screen. They didn’t offer any help, rather they pretty much shoo’d me away as though they couldn’t help.
