My Washer and Dryer
Best Buy’s LG stackable washer and dryer made laundry simple, modern, and stress-free. The Laurel team on Baltimore Avenue Assistant Manager Bryant, Big G (Guillermo), , Chan, and Kevin went above and beyond with honest, friendly, and professional customer service. They patiently helped me understand everything and made sure I was completely satisfied. Even the delivery team educated me about the required washer pan for flood prevention, something my builder failed to explain. Best Buy truly lives up to its name ,simply the best! Cant wait to see my freezer

Not a good experience
The product was fine, it was just the wrong one and the in-store help was not helpful at all. Delivery people ran into the building and damaged it when they left and didn’t tell anyone.

Not up to the hype
I thought it was going to be better than this, especially after paying over $1200 for it. I’m very disappointed

Compact, and Nice Features!
I’ve only had the unit for about a month now, but so far I am really happy with this unit. The delivery was smooth, they were very careful bringing it into the house, and did a great job! I really like how compact and quiet the unit is when running, we installed it in our closet and fit very nicely! the app feature to let me know when the loads are finished is pretty cool as well, but one of the main things that I really liked was not having to put laundry detergent in for every load like my old machine! So far the only downside is that it is very heavy! I don’t plan on moving it, so not a…
