I would have liked to have been able to use this AC but with my house having a brick sill it did not fit. I did not see the straddle opening size on the box. In the right application it would have worked well.

Will freeze you out!
With my upstairs HVAC not working and family in town for the 4th of July I was in need of a unit to keep my grandkids cool while they slept. Best Buy had a great sale on this unit that was almost $200 cheaper than everyone else. GE is a solid brand and the design made it simple to install in less than 30 minutes. I paired this unit with another window unit and two fans and had it running for 5 weeks keeping my upstairs comfortable. Great quality window unit
I live in a tiny home where I usually run a mini split, but I’ve been going through some construction in my house and I need to replace the mini split so I got this Window unit as a short term alternative and it’s really been surprisingly a great unit I’m not a fan of window units but it’s really done a good job.
