Stove is nice but top surface wears off very easily! Would love to have dual timers with two ovens like my prior maytag double oven had.

We’ve had this oven for about two years now. Happy with the purchase overall. Love the dual oven set up. The only gripe is the large burner developed a ring on the glass after being used; it’s like the film didn’t react well to the heat. other than it not looking too great on the glass top due to that, it operates well.

Pretty pleased, but not totally what I expected.
I replaced my single door/double oven Samsung with this because I liked the double door idea and more larger burners. So far burners are fast. Top is still a bit weird to me. If you pull a pot across it, it turns the areas white. Oven seems to take a bit longer to preheat than my Samsung did but inside is a bit larger so could be the difference. Also had to make some adjustments as the hole that is in the back for the cord isn’t large enough for cord excess to easily slide in and allow it be pushed all the way up against the wall.

Uniquely Disappointed!
We ordered this range on December 28th, 2024, excited for the double oven option and the additional burners. The color is perfect, as we love the black stainless steel finish. Our order was delayed for a short while, not a huge deal because our aging stove was still turning out meals for the family. Fast forward another week, additional delays arrive. This happened several more times, with an eventual six-week total delay. The new range was finally delivered on February 22nd. We both watched out the window, excited for the arrival of what promised to be a great addition to our home. That…

Don’t order unless you can get it the same day. This is the third time BestBuy’s has pushed my delivery date back without notice. The first time they just didnt deliver it on the day it was scheduled. I gave away my old range and took off work all day only to call at 7pm and find out it was on back order. No call or email. If I wouldn’t have used my best buy card and paid it off I would cancel my order and buy someplace else.
