Good product
I do like the device, it feels very modern. I am still adjusting to the nuances of an induction cooktop but the oven is so good everything bakes perfectly even. I really love the app capabilities and touch screen.

Excited to Use – Great Customer Service So Far
I haven’t had the chance to set up my new GE Profile range yet, but I wanted to share how smooth the buying process has been. Customer service was excellent—very helpful, responsive, and made the purchase experience easy. The range itself looks sleek and high-quality, and I’m excited to put it to use soon. I’ll update once I’ve had more time with it, but so far I’m very satisfied with the service and support.

The sales person, Nora Winkelaar, that helped me gets 5K plus stars (I asked for permission to use her name:))! The range: I haven’t been able to use it much since I had to run the oven more than half a dozen times on self clean and because the chemical odor was horrendous and even though I washed the racks and the oven 3 times, I still had to keep trying to burn it off. I also haven’t been able to try the Hestan pan and burner for it, since that is taking an eternity to get to me via the rebate form with GE. The appliance itself has been a frustrating experience thus far due to these issues.…

Buy something else!
Was so excited to have an induction range. Within one year it started spontaneously searching for updates in the middle of cooking. After two service calls and a new mother board, it started again. The company has been nice but unable to identify the problem and so it still stops working on occasion.

Absolutely love our new induction range. Works amazing. Love the rack that is on a track and pulls out wish they all were like that. The no preheat for certain foods is great.

GE Profile - Electric Induction Range (Model: PHS93XYP6FS) REVIEW We ordered GE stove from Best Buy Online Feb 20, 2023 and were able to pick it up in the store Mar 22, 2023. (We ordered it from Best Buy because we thought they would handle it carefully in shipping because they handle sensitive electronic items like TV all the time.) We had it shipped to the store and then picked it up and installed it ourselves so we knew it would not be dropped or damaged while being installed. One of the best mid priced stoves available today
Best stove I have ever used. My last stove was a high end gas stove, this blows it out of the water. The saying now we are cooking with gas needs to replaced with now we are cooking with induction! There are tech options for those that want to use them. I am mostly old school when it comes to mixing apps with appliances but some of these features have been welcome. Easiest setup is using QR code located at storage draw or documentation. I had no probelms setting up the tech and the app is sensible.
