Buy this for your garage!
This fridge is amazing! I live in South Dakota and left my pop in it all winter! I don’t have a heated garage or insulated walls. I didn’t have 1 can explode! It has soooo much room in it! The fridge doesn’t have any cold or warmer spots, just an enen temperature through out. I wish I would’ve bought it sooner!

Customer service very helpful with a problem.
The first one I ordered had a dent in the door, the door made a loud sound when closing and the light didn’t go on unless you unplugged the refrigerator and plugged it back in. If you opened the door 5 minutes later the light didn’t go on unless you unplugged the unit and plugged it back in. Customer service was very helpful when contacted and got me a replacement unit in a few days. The replacement unit seems to be working fine for the last 5 days.

Nice outside, cheap inside
The fridge works fine, but the shelves on the inside are incredibly cheap. I would have thrown an extra 50 dollars for shelves that weren’t made of the cheapest weakest materials humanity is aware of.

Excellent refrigerator only basement second fridge
Accident refrigerator only for the basement or garage. Tons of room. I wish however the shelves in the door had ability to move around, so could adjust for having wine bottles upright. also could use extra one to two main shelves.

Delivery Fee!!!!
Best Buy attempted to deliver this refrigerator twice . . . both times it was delivered to my home damaged. Sent them both back and I was still charged for the delivery! I was refunded everything but the $39.99 and customer care told me that it was because the delivery was completed! What??? I returned the refrigerators not out of convenience but because of damage. Terrible policy! This was right after I spent $2400 on a new camera!!! I won’t be going back to Best Buy anytime soon!!!!!!

Fridge not properly working, has not been fixed
We ordered three of these fridges. First one showed up on time working perfectly. The second one was delayed by weeks. Multiple times of no one showing up with the delivery. That one seemed to be working okay, but we had to make adjustments to it due to it not being installed properly and level. Then the third one comes in, beeping, not working, over a month late of getting it. Service was scheduled to come out, no one showed up. We asked multiple times for a manager to call us, promised to be called back within 48 hours. Still no one has called. Fridge is brand new and light is burnt out.…

Worst Place to Purchase Appliance- No AfterCare,
I bought a unit from bestbuy. Turns out it is defective. BB sent a tech who confirmed defect and said it needs to be replaced, and someone would contact me on this. No one contacted me. I followed up with a call and a report of the outcome of the visit, and got a care agent that literally asked me to return the unit myself (I paid for delivery). I explained a previous rep informed me that BB will deliver a replacement and pick up old unit. My advise, feel free to patronize best buy, buy the total member stuff (which I have), but expect literally the worst customer service in the case you need…
