• (OPEN BOX) Good price but missing important pieces

  This review is SPECIFICALLY about the OPEN BOX product I purchased. It was listed at a very good price & although I do understand that open box items may have cosmetic damage, or missing parts, it would definitely help a LOT if Best Buy throughly inspected open box returns before selling them and list EXACTLY what is missing or damaged. After purchasing this item I could not use it because the quick release plate slide was missing along with the follow focus that comes with the RS4 combo. Again, I do understand what open box means. Just think that if customers know exactly what they’re buying…

  Once yoy get the hang of it, it is easy to set up and manage. Plus there are some great added benefits like being able to control it remitely from yoy phone or a ps5 controller. But it has great batyery life and operates smoothly.

  The DJI RS 4 Combo is an excellent gimbal. It is very smooth and stable, even when I am moving or walking fast. The setup was easy, and the build quality feels strong and professional. I really like the auto-lock feature because it saves time. Battery life is also very good for long shoots. I highly recommend this gimbal for anyone who wants steady and professional-looking videos.

  The DJI RS 4 Combo is a serious upgrade for anyone shooting handheld video. Setup is fast, and the auto-tune balancing makes it much easier to get started compared to older gimbals I’ve used. Once locked in, stabilization is buttery smooth — walking shots and tracking movements look cinematic without the micro jitters you’d normally see handheld. The payload capacity handles my Sony FX30 with a heavy lens without issue, and the controls are intuitive enough to make on-the-fly adjustments without breaking the flow of a shoot.
