Terrible design
I have purchased so many expensive and lower end vacuums. My last was a bissell which I loved and the time before it was a Dyson. I purchased this one and regret it. It is hard to push on carpet and on wood floors it lacks suction. It has no side suction along baseboards. If I could return it I would. Save your money and buy a better one. I loss my support for Bissell. Looking for a new one 8 months after buying this one.

Like and don’t like this vacuum
Wish it had more suction and not sure I like the Surface Sense

Best vacuum ever
I just had new carpet put in and wanted a new vacuum to go along with the new carpet. My old Shark litterly sucked and I hated it. It also smelled from the old carpet. The new Bissell is sturdy, cleans great and has a swivel brush attachment that makes vacuuming the stairs so easy. It also auto changes from carpeted floor to non carpeted floor.

Vacuum upgrade
We were looking into upgrading our old vacuum. We just didn’t know which one to get so we read all the previous reviews on different vacuum brands. After all the reading and comparing our existing Bissell we decided to stick with the brand we know and love. It works great!! Love to have a vacuum to give our rumba a break with all the dog hair.

Bissell
Great product!! I like this product cause you don’t have to push a button when you’re vacuuming on hardwood floor and then going to the carpet it automatically changes for you!! find it
