My 7 year old broke her iPad screen and I was not about to pay for another one until I found the geek squad refurbished iPad it saved me lots of money.

I know I bought this product refurbished, but when I got home to charged the battery was not working properly. Item was return.

Unsatisfied and angry
I am unable to open iPad due to previous user never got erased. Very upset with order and unable to use the iPad. Now I must take it to Best Buy to fix but I have had a medical emergency and am unable to get to store for at least another month.

Excellent condition, 1 minor scratch. Like brand new when you open the box to set it up. Clean crisp picture. I’m using it for my online dart game set up. As a camera and to use the application. This was my first time buying a refurbished product and I’m 100% satisfied.
